Yes. In addition to our in-studio services, S5 Podcast Studio offers on-location recording at homes, offices, or other client-provided spaces. For locations outside the Toronto core, a modest travel fee may apply.
We bring a complete professional setup—including cameras, microphones, lighting, and technical support—ensuring the same production quality as our studio sessions. Our team handles setup and pack-down, allowing you to focus entirely on recording.
We use up to four Shure SM7B microphones for broadcast-quality audio, paired with two to three Canon R5 cameras capturing full, uncropped 4K video.
Each session includes professional lighting, proper framing, and thorough audio testing before recording begins. Audio is also recorded separately for backup. For larger podcasts or panel discussions, additional microphones are available to support up to eight speakers.
No. Our studio is fully equipped and ready to use. All cameras, microphones, lighting, and recording systems are provided and professionally set up prior to your session.
You can choose either option. Clients may self-record using our studio, or opt for full technical support where our team manages recording, equipment, and production.
Yes. In addition to recording, we provide professional editing, audio cleanup, video finishing, and branded visuals to deliver polished, ready-to-publish content.
Yes. If you choose a studio-only rental, you’re welcome to bring and use your own cameras, microphones, or recording gear. Our studio provides the acoustically treated space, lighting environment, and seating setup, while you manage your own equipment.
